This energizing Flow class builds to Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Facing Bow Pose). You'll start with a warm up to wake up the spine and shoulders, build heat in lunging Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), light up the legs through a standing sequence, and then learn how to put it all together for a backbend that has as much ease as energy. A perfect start to the day or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
