Yoga Director Michael Ponte continues the teaching of backbends with the arms at the shoulder moving into flexion. The asana practice will highlight this family group of postures and will break down alignment of these postures with use of props and modifications. Michael will continue teaching the use of oppositional actions in cues and utilize the method of intentional sequencing to a peak posture in this session.
