This restorative practice will prepare the body, and therefore the mind, to be ready to sleep. Also a good break and rest at any point during the day. We use simple props to create supportive poses that work with your body's systems to move you into a restful state. Poses are held for up to 5 minutes, but you can always extend your time in a restorative pose as needed by using the pause button!
Suggested Props: 3 blankets or towels, 2 blocks or similar supports, a hand towel or eyebag
